Description
Polymer Blockage Remover
Polymer unblocking agent is mainly composed of neutral unblocking agent and a combination of biological enzymes and alkaloids.
Utilizing chemical infiltration, solubilization, chain breaking, and transformation methods to chemically transform polymer scale forms into water-soluble salts.
The precipitation scale of divalent petroleum sulfonate, polyacrylamide polymer material scale, and iron oxide precipitation scale react with the amine salts of polycarboxylates in this agent to generate water-soluble small molecule compounds. Polymer scale, -OH, -ONa, -COOH and other groups have synergistic effect, so as to achieve the purpose of removing polymer scale.
It has a good effect on removing scale and blockage of polyacrylamide polymer scale in oil production formations and gathering pipelines in oil fields. Safe, environmentally friendly, economical, and practical to use.
Applications:
For descaling and unblocking polymer material scale in oil field injection production layers and gathering pipelines;
For descaling and unblocking polymer scale in oil field water drive, gas drive, chemical drive, and ternary composite drive injection production layers.
